Park Place provides accommodations plus services for a simple monthly rent charge.

At the time of move-in, residents submit a fully refundable security deposit along with the pro-rated rent for the month of move-in.

At Park Place we accept Private and State Pay (COPES). For information on COPES program benefits, contact our Resident Services Director.

The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Disclosure of Services form is available in the community.
